9700x was founded with one clear goal: to be the safest, fairest, and most enjoyable online casino platform for Malaysian players. We are more than just an entertainment site — we are a community that grows alongside our members every day.
Malaysia's leading online casino platform, operating since 2019 and continuously growing alongside our loyal player community.
9700x grew from a simple idea born in 2019 — why should Malaysian players have to use foreign casino platforms that don't understand our local needs and culture? From that question, a team of individuals with deep experience in Malaysia's fintech and digital entertainment industries came together to build something different.
We understand that Malaysian players want a platform that accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet or DuitNow without any hassle, offers games in Bahasa Melayu, and respects local lifestyles and values. That is 9700x — built by Malaysians, for Malaysians.
Today, 9700x has grown into one of Malaysia's most sought-after online casino platforms, with over 500,000 registered members from across the country — from Perlis to Sabah and Sarawak. Every day, thousands of players trust 9700x as their destination for entertainment that is safe, responsible, and genuinely fun.
Beyond the numbers, 9700x takes pride in a reputation built on trust. Every ringgit won by our members is paid out in full and on time. Every piece of personal information you provide is safeguarded with the latest technology. And every complaint or enquiry you submit receives a prompt response from our support team, available around the clock, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
To provide the safest, fairest, and most enjoyable online casino entertainment platform for Malaysian players — built on a foundation of trust, transparency, and genuine responsibility to the community.
As Malaysia's most trusted number-one online casino platform, we are recognised not only for our extensive game selection but also for our unwavering commitment to the safety and satisfaction of every member.
Six key reasons that set 9700x apart from every other casino platform on the market.
9700x uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all your personal data and financial transactions. Our security infrastructure is regularly audited by independent third parties to ensure maximum protection for every member.
9700x accepts all major Malaysian payment methods — Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, Boost, ShopeePay and FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks). Every deposit is processed in under 3 minutes, and winning withdrawals are processed on the same day.
All games at 9700x use a Random Number Generator (RNG) independently certified by internationally recognised third-party bodies. Every spin, every dice roll, every card hand — the outcome is completely random and cannot be manipulated by anyone.
9700x's Bahasa Melayu-speaking support team is ready to assist you at any time via live chat, email and messaging platforms. We understand that questions and issues don't keep office hours — so neither do we.
Over 80% of 9700x members play on their mobile devices. That's why our platform is built mobile-first — every button, every menu and every game runs smoothly on any Android or iPhone in Malaysia.
9700x offers some of the most competitive bonus packages in Malaysia — from a 100% welcome bonus up to RM 500, weekly cashback, free credits for new members, and monthly tournaments with RM 100,000 in prizes. There is always something new waiting for you.
From a small idea in 2019 to becoming Malaysia's leading casino platform — this is the story of 9700x's continuous growth.
9700x was founded by a team of technology and digital entertainment experts in Malaysia. The platform officially launched with its first 50 game titles, focusing on slots and classic table games. Thousands of members signed up within the very first month.
9700x introduced its Live Casino section with live dealers for the first time, giving players the authentic casino experience from the comfort of home. That same year, full integration with Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay was rolled out — a major step forward in convenience for Malaysian players.
9700x reached a historic milestone with 100,000 registered members. Services were expanded to Sabah and Sarawak with localised Malay-language support. The largest total winnings paid out in a single month exceeded RM 5 million for the very first time.
9700x launched a significantly enhanced mobile experience alongside full DuitNow integration. Over 150 new games were added, including exclusive Malaysia-themed titles for 9700x members.
9700x has made significant investment in its Responsible Gaming programme, including personal budget management tools, player-controlled deposit limits, and partnerships with local Malaysian counselling organisations. This reflects our commitment not just to profit, but to the wellbeing of our members.
9700x continues to grow with over 500,000 active members and a game library exceeding 200 titles. The latest payment technologies have been integrated and the support team has expanded to ensure every member receives the attention they deserve.
Five principles that guide every decision we make at 9700x, every single day.
9700x believes players deserve to know everything — from the RTP percentage of every game to the full terms and conditions of every bonus. We don't hide important information behind complicated fine print. Everything is presented clearly and honestly.
9700x is more than a business — we are part of the Malaysian players' community. Every piece of feedback we receive, every suggestion shared by our members, and every complaint submitted is taken seriously, because we believe our members are partners in this journey.
The world of technology never stops evolving, and neither does 9700x. We are constantly looking for new ways to enhance the gaming experience, introduce fresh titles, and ensure our platform meets or exceeds the highest global industry standards.
9700x believes that responsible entertainment is the best entertainment. We provide tools and resources to help our members play within healthy limits, because our members' long-term well-being matters more to us than any short-term gain.
9700x is proud to be a truly Malaysian platform in every sense — from the interface language and payment methods to customer support, and the way we understand and respect Malaysia's unique cultural diversity in every decision we make.
Ask any long-time 9700x member why they stay loyal to the platform, and the most common answer has nothing to do with the games or the bonuses — impressive as both are. What they keep coming back to is the feeling that "this platform just gets me." And that is no coincidence.
From day one, the 9700x team invested significant time in truly understanding Malaysian players. We are not a foreign company that simply translates an interface into Bahasa Melayu and calls it done. We know that Malaysian players love spinning slots late at night after work, that EPL matches and the Malaysia Super League are hot topics among our users, and that deposit options like Touch 'n Go or GrabPay are not optional extras — they are absolute essentials.
That is why 9700x continues to grow even as competition in the online casino industry intensifies. While other platforms lure players with attractive promotions but make withdrawals a headache with frustrating terms, 9700x has chosen to build trust the right way — pay winnings promptly, answer questions honestly, and treat players as adults who know what they are doing.
9700x's game collection spans over 200 titles from world-class providers. From slots inspired by ancient civilisations to table games like Craps and Deuces Wild that reward skill and strategy, every player can find something that suits their taste at 9700x. With free demo mode available for most games, you can try before you play with real money — completely risk-free.
Security is something 9700x has never compromised on and never will. Every transaction on our platform is protected by multiple layers of security. Your personal information is never shared with third parties without your explicit consent. And all games use certified RNG, meaning manipulation is impossible — every game outcome is completely random and fair to all players.
One thing that truly distinguishes 9700x from many other platforms is our approach to responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools that let you manage your own playing experience — including options to set daily or weekly deposit limits, take a break from the platform, and access support resources if you feel your gaming habits need attention. These are not afterthoughts — they are a core part of 9700x's fundamental commitment to its members.
Over six years of operation, 9700x has paid out more than RM 50 million in winnings to members across Malaysia — from Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Kota Kinabalu and Kuching, right down to small towns in every corner of the country. Every ringgit won by every member is proof that this platform delivers on its promises.
9700x offers a wide range of game categories to suit every Malaysian player's taste:
Over 150 slot titles from world-class game providers, spanning a wide variety of themes — from ancient Egyptian adventures to the mystical forests of Asia. Each slot features unique mechanics, distinct bonus features, and transparent winning odds.
For players who enjoy strategy and skill, 9700x offers a selection of table games including Craps with a house edge as low as 1.41%, and Deuces Wild Video Poker with an RTP of 100.76% when played with optimal strategy.
Experience the thrill of a Las Vegas casino from the comfort of your own home. 9700x offers Live Casino sessions with real dealers streamed live — games unfold in real time and you can interact with the dealer and fellow players in an authentic, electrifying atmosphere.
